Seller stated it had been bought as a track bike but had never been used as such. Was really well priced so I enquired why it wasn't for road use, seller replied saying it was a US import & had never been registered etc. Surely couldn't be hard to get it registered & through an mot? My mate registered his cb400s via dating certificate, had to get mot, then insurance on frame number (only a week mind) and take it to the dvla for inspection!
