i have a yamaha dt50mx 5 speed and when i'm comming to stop i'm going down the gears but ocasionally it will stick in neutral and i can't get down to first without going back up into second and knocking it down again. any ideas on the causes?

Start with the simple things first then work up.

Do you double clutch with a lil blip in between before you drop it into 1st

Also is it due an oil change?

thanks i have been meaning to join for a while now. um, yeah it does but i don't think it's due an oil change, i had an engine rebuild around august

and it was filled up then so it should be okay.
