PhilDawson8270 Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 Getting excited, collect the bike on Friday Are the flighty front wheel handling rumours of the R6 true? Or just applicable to the later models? Thinking I should order a steering damper for when I get the bike?

Moderator drewpy Posted October 27, 2010 Moderator Posted October 27, 2010 to the madhouse phil, they're off topic as usual
2 Wheels Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Welcome to the YOC: You sold your CBR600 for an R6 ........only kiddin ! Be gentle with your new gearbox in order to make it last,,,,they cant take the abuse that the cbr can ! I'm in the middle of doing up my CBR in order to sell also. Anyhow, welcome to the mad house !
PhilDawson8270 Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 That's similar to what the guy said when he collected the CBR. The CBR600 was a 1991 model though, and the R6 is 2002
