Hi Guys, I'm back with another fault :D

Thanks for all your help getting me back up and running in the past, I hope you can get me out of trouble AGAIN!

I look the bike out at the weekend and when i put it back in the garage I noticed a tiny drip of coolant coming out of the bike, I found it to be coming from the water pump gasket, it was quite late on Saturday afternoon so knowing nowhere would be open to get a new gasket and wanting it back on the road for Sunday , i phoned my local Autopart place and got a sheet of gasket paper.

I knocked up a new gasket and filled and bleed the system, everything went fine and i left it tick over for 20 min's to make sure there was no further leaks or any sign of overheating.

Everything went great so took it for a quick spin down the road and when i came back I went to put it on its side stand and it cut out on me.

Now my side stand cut out switch has never worked in the past so i raised the stand and it started again.

Tried putting the stand down again but this time it didn't cut out,I tried a few more times and it didnt cut out either, so I leaned the bike about 30 degrees to the left with the stand still up and it cut out???

I had a quick look at the connections for all the electrics, (which on my bike are tucked up out the way just behind my YPVS servo motor)and as i touched the connectors it cut out.

This time it won't start again!

I cleaned all the connectors (as they were a bit green/blue on the terminals) But I am lost as to what I can do know.

Tonight I think I will just cut off the connectors and make new connectors for them all as they don't look the best.

Has anyone ever had a similar fault to this, and could point me in the right direction as what to do next?

I will add more info tonight as I had to rush out on Saturday and didn't get anymore time to look at it then i had to spend the day with the misses yesterday so didn't get a chance to look at it.

I know this is quite school boy posting before I have really looked at it my self, I don't even know if there is a spark!!!!

But I thought I would post now just in case someone on here goes "I had that same problem it was........."

Thanks in advance for your help
