wild foamy
hi peeps had a little incident with my XJ on sunday, regulator/rectifier unit went pop, need a new one now... and im not shelling out £60 for one. where can i find another regulator/rectifier unit? theres some second hand ones on ebay going for around £20 but id rather get a new one that i can trust. are the units unique to every bike? or is there a generic part that would fit and do the job just as well? -Steve

wild foamy
still quite pricey, as mentioned above i bought a new one off fleabay for £33 and OG, i have to be tight, who do the ladies prefer, the skinny teenager with a 21-year old XJ and no money, or the skinny teenager with a 21-year old bike and a little bit of money?... Speedshop
£60 is about right for a new one from a proper company that offers a warranty. You must have been very lucky to get a properly rated quality item, new, for £33! £27 doesn't go far when it comes to ladies lol
Ttaskmaster
£27 doesn't go far when it comes to ladies lol No, it don't... I just shelled out £800 for the Mrs's birthday present!!
wild foamy
£27 equates to about 25 pints of beer in the squadron bar on base, and women like beer
