Townfan10
Hi, i have a 2002 model tzr 50 and i was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to mount a 125 engine into it? if not what other modifications are available at a reasonable price to give me more performance? ChristianSRA
You can change it to a 80cc but yeah you can put a 125/250cc engine in them I believe due to the actual size of the fairing and chasis this means that there is extra room for a larger engine
Townfan10
Along with a new engine would i need to purchase more parts such as a new cooling system? regards, jack
ChristianSRA
I would definitely say so it would probarbly be a totally different bike just in a TZR's fairing and chassis
Townfan10
Ive priced it up and it looks abit to expensive, the wheels on my tzr are pretty rubbish and the my06 rs 50 wheels are nice, i was wondering if its possible for them to fit? ChristianSRA
Check that the width of the TZRs forks are the same as the RS's but I'm not sure personally is it the wheel or the tyre? If it's the wheel I believe my friend has a black rear wheel in the garage
Townfan10
Its the wheels im interested in, i can always buy tyres, would i have to adjust anything or could i unbolt everything from the original wheel then bolt it back on to the new wheel? Or is that a silly question without you actually seeing the bike?

Or is that a silly question without you actually seeing the bike? You would just have to take the wheel off remove the tyre put the tyre onto the other wheel and then replace the wheel onto the forks for the front tyre rear tyre I'm not to sure on I will ask for you and get back to you as soon as possible
