Well noticed Pat, the H2 has gearshift shaft that goes straight thru box, you can put shift lever on either side, i"l ask question on rear brake Pat i"v looked again, hes stamping on footrest [ to return it] after kickstarting it and after burning in tyre, as you can see it lifts peg when doing both, brake pedal is definatly on right, he goes this every time , prob because he"l have left it up at one point b4.
