My 1979 XS750F runs perfectly with the recommened K&N Filters. Only when I pull out the plugs they are white/grey (must be running lean right?). I haven't yet increased the jetting in the carbs. The 79 XS750F comes with Mikuni Carbs which are factory set to 130 on the main jets. How much of an increase would you recommend. If you are a stickler for accuracy, I live in Toronto, Canada where the average height above sea level is 500ft and the temerature during riding season varries from 10 to 35 degrees celcius.

Thanks,

Mark

Ok so I've increased the main jets from 130 to 140 and the bike is still running lean.

Well, I don't want you to think that there's no one out here...just apparently no one who knows the 750 and jetting. Sorry I can't help.
