Posted September 14, 201014 yr hi im new to this ive a dt125r year 2000 after winter i tried to start my bike and no joy i checked the plug and it was wet with oil could anyone tell me what has to be done to stop it it starts when i jump it on a hill but dosent kick start or take over right any suggestions it would be great thanks.
September 14, 201014 yr HI welcome,,," its nearly winter again ,,, Fresh fuel, and a new plug, for starters, if its starting with a bump [ push] seems its not a strong spark off kickstartn,
September 15, 201014 yr put new plug in and fuel it seems to be mixing too much oil Hi" you say oil , is the new plug fowled,? , i trust your on oil injection ? & not pre-mix, have you a manual. if so , check the clearance on oil pump adjustment screw. or line up marks, is the choke stuck on ,? ,

September 15, 201014 yr Moderator Again...so you havent used it all year then? could be that the crank case has filled with oil possibly through the clutch side oil seal
