Thats all fair and well if its a 480 0r 850, if its q 10-4 or a URL then you need a slash, however a question mark will omit a 480, in this case you need to 'submit' a slash (in Kentucky mode) then the format needs HTML interlock submission codex 8.4 analogued and on negative time out settings
