Hi, ive just purchased a Yamaha Neo 50cc moped for my 16th birthday.

I was wondering how much speed would be added by removing the washer? its pretty slow at the moment doing 31mph and my dad can remove the washer with ease as he knows what he's doing he says... so i was wondering would that be enough to bump the speed up.
