hi there m8, i can help you out here, i have a tdr 125 1996 model no lies straight up it does 92mph bollox out ( not advisable to run it at long times but good 4 a short burst of bordom) what you need to do is off with the front pipe, in the exhaust port is a powervalve, should see it its like a bar blocking the shape of the port, msg back if u have not yet been told about this and i will conyinue for you my son ! I saw this schematic , i guess you need to line up the valve plates so the shut and open when actuated. :?:
