I thought pressure was bad for seals etc.?

it's bad for plugs.

They had all bleedin gone I was thinking of the dirtiest part of the bike,under the seat and around the monoshock. I remember jet washing my 3 day old RD250F, and the disbelief when it blasted all the black paint of my crankcase !
