Im just curious since i dont know much about bikes but im about to purchase one

Im looking at the history of a bike, engine number is 3HG002169 and states its done over 200000km from 1993-2010

after that its has a different number QE80000223 which the speedo only reads under 10000km

from what i can see is that the speedo has been reset to new engine.

do these engine numbers mean anything as to capacity size or the engine has been replaced with different a model?
