Posted July 29, 201014 yr Has anyone tried or does anyone know if it is possible to overbore an xs500 by 7mm and use the 80mm pistons say from an xs-1 overbore kit to change the overall size of the xs500 from 498ccm to 598ccm. with the DOHC's and some aftermarket intake and exhaust this might be kind of fun. Try and get it up closer to 60hbhp
