hello out there...

ive got a lovely xt 250 down here in the south of spain...

starts first time every time ....but wont start hot?!!

any ideas?

changed the spark but no joy...

much appreciated any help on this one

could be the coil breaking down under load , have you a multi meter to check everything through, or high speed windings
