Posted June 16, 201014 yr hey guys, Was just wondering if anyone knew how to check if a CDI unit for a DT125 LC MK3 was working. My Haynes manual just says that Yamaha doesn't publish the spec. cheers!
June 17, 201014 yr basically you can't test it without specialist equipment. As I manufacture CDi units I have this gear, I can test units but swapping for known good items is usually easier. The DT box is very common.
