I bought a 2010 V-Star 950 Tourer today and there was a tool kit bag in one of the saddle bags with 3 tools in it. A spanner wrench of some sort and two other items I couldn't ID. This isn't the standard tool kit under the seat that comes with wrenches and such.

Any idea what these are for??

If so, does the instruction manual not describe them?
