Hi all

1st post :)

Well after many years have now decided to do my bike test.

Do I need to go to a training school or can I book my test myself and just do it ?

I have been riding for a while now and have watched many videos of the mod 1 and 2

and I feel I am ready for the test.

I want to take it on my ybr 125 custom and then get a 400cc, then after 2 years go bigger again.

Hope all this makes sence

Many Thanks Dave :)

I've just passed my test (oh, how I love saying that :P ) with a local riding school and by the time it came to test day, i was confident enough to pass. Having said that, it had been 20 years since I'd ridden a bike so I wouldn't have just booked the test myself.

The company I used have free introductory lessons to give you an idea of where you're up to so maybe something like that would help?

Good luck anyway
