Hello everyone, I am new to this sight so please help me out. I have a 1974 DT360 Yamaha and i want to know what is the difference between the dt400 dt360 and sc500 motors. I have looked at each one and they all look the same except for the cylinder head. What is the true difference? I would love to switch my 360 cylinder with the sc500s

    Hi and welcome, i don"t have the spec on the 3 bikes you mention, but a top end swap wont be possible over the cc diffrences, coz the stroke [ conrod] of all three will be different. the bore isn"t all that will have been up-sized,, i dont think they"l be much diffrence in performance between your 360 and the 400 anyway.cool.gif
