Posted May 22, 201014 yr Hi guys, here's a good one for you technical guys, the rev counter stopped working on my yamaha engined Bimota today, so had a play about at the clock end and noticed that the wires in the block connector were loose. I pulled the connector off and all three wires came out of the connector, in attempting to re locate them i short circuited them popping the fuse no problem thought i replace the fuse and away to go, only problem now is it only runs on 1 & 4. i suspect i may have toasted something. the ignition was still switched on when i pulled off the connector. Any thoughts or suggestions please.
