she must be about 70 - 75 ish...

The book says adjust tyre pressure and suspension with regard to load.

It says for a loading between 90 and 198kg (The max load) the tyre pressures should be 33 front and 36. It then says with regard to spring preload 1 = min (soft) 3 = standard and 7 = max (hard)

I think you have to try it out at say 4 to start with and see how it feels/handles.

My and my wife are about same as you (I'm bigger she's smaller ) and mine is on 3 and seems fine with or without her.
