Posted May 12, 201014 yr hi all ,this is my 1st postand my question may have been asked b4,but here goes.Ive bought a tdm850 4tx,the bike had been neglected and needed a new tank and a few other bits and bobs.My question is there seems to be a pipe that comes off between the two carbs and doesnt go anywhere ,i thought it mite be a fuel line,but on the tap the pipe is bigger and seems to go to the pump.Is it a vacum?there is also a long pipe with what looks like a filter in the middle of it .where does this go.there is a off take on the air box and also one under the tank?.Any help wld be grt.
