rem0129
i have a rxs100 1990.It idles good and revs up fine pass 5000 revs.Below 5000 revs it bogs out when you open the throttle and dies.If i slip the clutch all the way to 5000 revs it gose fine and feels fast.Ive cleaned the carb, exhaust, reed valves and airbox. Any ideas?
RXSrider
It sounds like an overfuelling problem. Does it tick over lumpy? Is the air filter clean? Have you tried cleaning out the float bowl or the needle valve on the float as it could be allowing too much fuel into the float chamber and flooding it. rem0129
yes, its possibly an over fueling problem i have cleaned out the carb, floats, needle, jets etc... Its runs very good on idle and i have ordered a new CDI. I have done everything i can think of to do... is there anything else?
