srtellez Posted April 27, 2010 Share Posted April 27, 2010 Hi. I'm having some trouble adjusting my clutch cable. First off there's no spring at the end of the cable at the crankcase. Does this spring just help the cable/ lever spring back? The Main problem is either the clutch is not engaging when the lever is pulled in(making shifting rough and obviously not good for the gears), nor disengaging all the way when let out in gear(which would probably result in burning out my clutch?) There's a very slight happy medium adjustment span that will allow me to drive the bike. But when i adjust it either way it will stall when i put it in gear, or not let out all the way.
