I can tell you is not a 1980+ LB50. That's what I have and I also have the parts catalog, Of interest:

Headlight/taillight/speedometer are square. Maybe this guy mixed parts from other bikes?

Gear lever on the left side. I think these came on the 80cc, maybe a mid-1970 model? there are no pedals hence the kick starter lever is different that on my chappy that has pedals.

If i had to guess a mid 1970 80cc chappy. but I'm no expert.
