I have just aquired a 1983 Yamaha YB100

This model was never imported to Canada or North America for that matter and info is hard to find.

Over the next little while I will be needing help to get this bike roadworthy.

(1) Does anybody know of a link to an online parts book. Speed & Sport (USA) & CMS (Netherlands) are no help

I have only been able to access Yamaha North America.

(2) I am considering purchasing the Haynes manual for this bike. Is it any good.

(3) I have found what looks like a resistor under the tail light. It seems to be burnt out. Anybody know where I can get one or why I need it.

(4) Any good sources of parts for Yamaha in the UK other than Wemoto or Ebay.

Thanks from the Colonies

Welcome Edmonton, thats a great name sir ;)

Just had a look in the workshop forum 'parts Manuals' unfortunately YB100 is missing :(

Haynes are usually well worth having so I advise you get one.

Yamaha parts from Granbys or Fowlers (Bristol)
