Posted March 18, 201014 yr The Haynes manual shows the FZR600 3HE cams clearly marked 'In' & 'Ex' but my FZR600R 4JH only has 'E' marked on one of them & I can't make out what the other mark is. The local Yamaha dealer doesn't know ! Anyone know for sure if the attached photo is the exhaust cam pls ? Thanks.
March 18, 201014 yr In the haynes manual on the FZ600 it says the cams are marked "I" for the inlet cam and "E" for the exhaust cam. Tony.
March 25, 201014 yr Thundercat motor (which is basically a tweaked FZR unit) has camshafts marked "I" for inlet & "E" for exhaust.
