Check with your local county council, they are required by law to produce a 'definative map' that must show all byways, bridleways and footpaths.

Or try your local TRF (www.trf.org)for some information.

and you'll need an OS map of the area to copy the information from the definative map too, if the council doesn't have an on-line copy.
