March 12, 201015 yr I've just priced up the material costs to make this, comes out at just shy of £4 using 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 1/4 and 2 x 1 x 1/4 alloy channel. The problem is finding a SS 75mm bolt with a 60mm shank... without having to cut it. £15 + p&p sounds a reasonable price though.
