Posted February 13, 201015 yr Help! Bike will not run without the choke on. Jets replaced, could it be the float height? Any suggestions welcome. Cheers
February 13, 201015 yr Moderator assuming the air / box and filter are on the bike i would say blocked pilot jet, float height is 21mm though.

February 13, 201015 yr Moderator I soaked the jets in paintstripper, which obviously has'nt worked on both. Paintstripper is often quite a thick solution, even thicker than wallpaper paste, so unfortunately wont flow into the jet orifice and will just sit there doing nowt
