pw 80 help !

Hi i just wondered if anyone could help me.

i`ve just recently got a pw 80 for my son but its having problems

it will kick and start fine tick over but wen u click it into gear and goto ride off it just dies after a few feet

and its also losing oil form the exhaust badly ?

i think it could be the automatic clutch thats gone and maybe a gasket ?
