I found an old xs400 on craigslist near me. The guy wants 500 for it, but the bike doesnt run. I want the bike, but it has it's problems and I dont want to just be wasting money on a junk heap if I cant ever get it going.

I'm thinking of offering the guy $350 for the bike and seeing what happens.

Oh yeah, and cafe racer time!
