cptcoathanger Posted February 2, 2010 Share Posted February 2, 2010 Howdy All, I bought a '99 SR 125 a couple of weeks back and have been tinkering around with it ever since. I'm not sure that this is a problem - perhaps it's just the bike - but there seems to be a bit of a flat spot in second gear. When I first get into second it picks up quite quickly, then flattens out for a second or so, until finally picking up again. matt taylor Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Mine does that, but not in second, more like 3rd, kinda between 30 and 40 mph. I've messed with the carb, changed he plug for an iridium, nothing seems to do it.. might try a change of sprockets soon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
