my bike wont start :-(

hey people i don't really no if i have done this right or put this post in the right place so if I'm wrong sry :-) i own a ttr 600 re that i am having trouble with starting really getting on my nerves now i do have the bike up for sale at the min i will put the link on http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/YAMAHA-TTR-600-RE_W0QQitemZ110487872917QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Motorcycles?hash=item19b9972595 i have explained to people that i am having trouble starting this bike but i only think its because i haven't rode it in like 2 years hopefully some on here can tell me what to do to start it i had it running on Wednesday 27/01/2010 with no problems like i say its done 2 miles in 2 years Ive been very busy hence why not ridden all i need to do is to get it running so i can take it for a blast and blow the standing crap out it i have done a number of things to it this morning like take plug out that was black so i cleaned it and that's a new spark plug in the last few months i have drained the old fuel out of the carb screw and new fuel in it it is always on trickle charch so battery always has life it just wont bloody fire up please please can any 1 help me out with a quick idea as i have a lot of watchers on eBay and really would like to get it running sorry to admins if i have put this in the wrong place please do for give me as i don't really post on forums any help will be much appreciated Email me and also admin i dint no if i was aloud to put eBay links :-/
