Posted January 23, 2010 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Problems with these things are well documented, Flatbed trucks are the biggest problem as the camera can't tell how fast they are going..... Just goes to show yuo should always ask for BOTH pictures if you are captured, I read of a guy a few years ago who got off with a ban due to a bird being in the picture (this was the old GATSO's) and the Police couldn't show that the camera hadn't mistaken the bird.... Vibrations on numberplates are another big problem as the plate on a bike can vibrate at high speed giving incorrect readings as to the vehicles speed....
