Posted January 9, 201015 yr Admin Hi everyone, I've been hearing a few people have been experiencing slow page load speeds when the forums have been busy. We've just updated the YamahaClub Database Server so hopefully now this problem should be resolved at peak traffic times. I will be monitoring memory usage to see how we get on, so fingers crossed :-) Alex

January 9, 201015 yr people have been experiencing slow page load speeds Alex Yeh much faster , i used to load page & piss off to another web-site [ not porn drewps] to give it time to load up .

January 13, 201015 yr Author Admin it was a 486sx running 3.1 Wow it doesn't even have a math's co-processor... I can still remember having my good old DX33 and do you remember the short lived DX4-100!!!!

Pah! 8086, then an upgrade with an 8087 and 10Mb hard drive, could run a small company's accounts........ Wouldn't even get a decent photo on it these days!
January 13, 201015 yr Moderator Wow it doesn't even have a math's co-processor... I can still remember having my good old DX33 and do you remember the short lived DX4-100!!!! I remember a certain game called Doom came out on shareware!! it needed 4 mb memory, i had only 2 mb, it cost me £70 for an extra 2 mb, then i had to get a "game blaster" sound card 8 bit of course remeber the Cyrix chips, they were cheaper than intels, but wern't as fast!
