Posted December 1, 200915 yr Hey All, Ive just goined 2day and still trying 2 figure out if im posting or doing things right. I always read these pages and love all the stories, gossip and advice that is given in it. Was home early from work 2day so deceided to join up,,, glad im now a member!!!

Ta for the wellcome, Last weekend I came up with a great way for cutting down on smokes, got on the bike and didnt stop until tank was nearly empty, was gone all day nearly but at least i didnt smoke much, ps. the wife thaught i was gone mad !
