This is the place to talk DTs or similar bikes, you have to post a few times to get access to all sections , but it is worth it

Thanks Bob C,

by the way, my bike lost its original OEM carbs...and so now I am using a TZM carb.

Hard riding gave me only about 135km per full tank. Can u guys share your fuel consumption?

Hey all,

I just got an old '88 DT 200R. Lot's of work to be done to it and the mileage is really bad but it seems to be a fun machine.

Wow, forgot i had even posted on this thread. Coincidentally i have just got a DT200WR. Well a few weeks back now. Currently in the process of getting it sorted for an MOT and ready to be put on the road. If anyone has a wiring diragram it would be much appreciated!

Apparently, DT 200 wiring diagrams are nearly impossible to come by. However, the DT 125 diagram seems to be fairly close to the 200. Here's a link to the 125 service manual.

Hope this helps...
