Right first up my motorcycle wouldnt start this morning (cold morning)

It ran excellent the day before for a good 5 hours, through all the rev ranges 100+ mph...

All I got was it was ready to tick over then a bang noise from engine (I feird the worst)

Took the rear paddock stand off stripped the tank off and checked hoses before attempting to start a second time.

Noticed that the long pipe under the carbs have, which looks like a white crystal stuff on them, maybe ice? This was found on the hose on the left side too

Rolled the bike back and forth for a good bit (pushing bike into gears), as it was a freezing cold night!

It then started at the touch of the button, seemed to have locked or something.

What causes this, and is it easily fixed.

I also noticed that when on a run after 20 or even 1 hour on the bike, when switched off then grabbing a bite to eat.

Going back to the bike and setting off in 1st gear after a few seconds there is like a small bang noise from the engine

Is this something to do with it not starting?

Maybe clutch is Fu**ed!.. novice
