It won't, unless you modify it, I’ve seen it done somewhere, and it didn't look too good.

cheers, im just trying to put my track bike on the road and need a seat for the mrs but all i can find are the pre injection ones

Yours is a "5PW" type R1 and can't put my hands on any chassis parts for one of them. Sorry.
