Hi i was just wondering if someone could help me i have a Yamaha ttr 125 bike but the engine broken. now iv see the ybr 125 have the same mounting so it should fit right into the ttr 125 frame. but the ybr 125 engine that im going to buy is fuel injected so is it possible for me to connect the ybr 125 engine into my ttr even if its fuel inject? if so how removing the carb?

Did you ever try using a YBR125 engine? Did it work out? I have the same issue and also need to know if the YBR125 engine is same as TTR125! From pictures it looks like it is, but if anyone could provide some measurements of the mounting holes on the YBR125 I'd really appreciate it!

Crikey, expecting a reply from a one post wonder from a decade ago....

First thing is to start your own post, second, is your engine dead or just needs work. 125 engines don't get a lot of love and finding a good bolt in replacement is chancy.
