rzr
hey all, im pretty new here...ok so this is my first post... either way i need some advice. i currently run a 1988 fz600, (not to be confused with the fzr600 (as most shops seem to think)) the back tyre has a nail in it and obviously i want to replace it. im thinking of the bridgestone bt45's but instead of a 120/80-18 tyre, (the stock size) i was going for a 130/80-18 tyre but not sure how thats going to affect the handling and grip. any suggestions? or if anyone knows where i can find a set of maxxis supermaxx sport tyres to fit please give me a shout. thanks, az

Too wide on narrow rim = ouch. BUT, then again, Yamaha designed that bike with that rim, and that size tyre... And they DO know what they're doing!!
