Graham C
Hi do you no if the cast wheels of the 1100 dragstar classic fit the 650 classic ?
Ttaskmaster
Rear wheel, probably. Both models take a 170/80-15 tyre. For the front, the 650 takes a 160/90-16, whereas the 1100 takes a 130/90-16. Don't think any came in Cast form as standard, either. I've only ever seen Drags with spoked wheels unless it was a customised job.
Graham C
Just there is a 1100 classic wheel on Ebay and was thinking of buying it as the rim is a bit rusty on my classic . but unless it will fit not point in buying
migstar
you may be looking at a V-star 1100 wheel as the US calls the Dragstar 1100. they came with a alloy option. same sizes as the spoke wheels...but couldnt put my hand on the bible about it fitting a 650...cant see why not though. may have to do some brake mods. 650 only has 1 disc if i'm not mistaken? Ttaskmaster
Yep, single disc. Personally, I don't think the front 1100 wheel would fit the 650.
Graham C
should have said its the rear wheel but i think the 1100 has disc on the rear ? so i give up with that. bum but thanks for the reply s
