Posted September 12, 200915 yr have a 93 yzf 750 and when i acclerate hard the bike cuts off! i can downshift into neutral and start it right up!any one else out there had this problem!!!! thanks for lookin!!!!!!!!!
September 12, 200915 yr Author tried again and it cuts out everytime i rev it up in neutral 1st gear doesnt matter!!shuts off and starts right back up! could it maybe be the kickstand switch or start kill switch going bad!!!
September 13, 200915 yr Moderator Sounds like a vibration / loose connection problem, check the connections to the sidestand switch.
September 13, 200915 yr Author got the problem taking care of!!pulled the tank up and started it wiggled some wires around and found that the pick-up coil wire where it plugs in had a loose connection!rewired and everythings good now!thanks for leading me in the right direction guys!
