Posted September 7, 200915 yr Hi again, I'm having an overheating problem and am looking for advice please. I've flushed through, back-flushed, rad-flushed and changed the head-gasket, but the reservoir tank still bubbles-up and overflows when riding for more than 1/2 hour. I've checked the thermostat on top of the head and that seems to be operating o.k., but the coolant flow diagram in the manual seems to show a by-pass hose AND another thermostat, is that right? Any ideas greatly appreciated. Cheers, Jay.
