Hi eveyone, I was just wondering if anyone could help.... I've just bought my first R6 (1999 model) and i'm very happy it's immaculate and perfect in every way :D , apart from 1 fault  , when I turn the bike off my clock and tripometer resets, is this a common fault and does anyone know if its a simple fix or not?? Thanks

the bike is 10 years old. im really not sure of anything mind you, but perhaps it (the clock/trip) has a small button cell battery inside to keep the memory after the key is turned off and its just dead?
