First post, so first off, nice to meet you all!

I just picked up an old 1996 N reg SR 125, however, the chap I bought it from says it has a steering lock, but he didn't have the key; does anyone know how I go about obtaining a new key?

While I'm here - possible dumb question to be asked - but does this bike have any underseat storage for a padlock etc? If anyone knows I'd be greatful.
