ive just bought myself a 1988 1000cc FZR genesis and have found that the gearbox is completly totalled, i am finding it difficult to find any gearboxes that will fit or genesis engines for sale, however there does seem to be a lot of exup engines about and i would like to know, 1) does the exup engine fit the genesis frame? 2) does the exup gearbox fit the gensis engine?

if anyone could help here it would be much appreciated.

so you have an 88 pure sport FZ thou ? or an FZR thou if the former I could rebuild the box .. the later engine I have no manuals to work from ... but why is the box totaled lets have some more info
