North East Daza
I have a FS1-SE (chopper) bike. It has only done around 3k miles from new ('Y' reg 82-83), could anyone give me a rough value for this bike as I have searched everywhere on the internet, but to no avail. Cheers in advance Darren
Alistair789
Hya there mate, you've got yourself a small goldmine there to a specialist collector!!! There's only 10 roadworthy FS1SE's known to exist by the Fizzy club atm. I recently had an FS1SE till a nice copper caused me to crash it!!! (The C**T!!!) If you can post some piccies i can give you a rough idea, but normally they go for around 500-1.000. Depending very much on the condition and if the right buyer turns up!! Your best bet with it is not to ebay it if you want to sell it but do it privately, as the SE's are a collectors bike. but if it's in near mint condition your looking at maybe 800quid to the right buyer. If not anything below, thats including an MOT and Tax btw! Hope that helps fella

Yeah, it does look 'wrong', I think the fork legs have been extended (probably making it lethal to turn). Here's a pic of a proper one:

Hi' for sure its not it appears to have Fantic Motor chopper forks and and an FS1E base rather than an FS1 base but I could imagine that in other parts of the world the FS1E could be used as a base as the UK restrictions would not apply. JimR
Originally Chelmsford/Braintree Essex now resides in Southend Essex Hi , I ask that because the FS1SE did not come into being in the UK until the 1980's and from memory the frame and engine numbers were prefixed with the code 5A1 and it would appear the bike in the photo is just a 1977 FS1E with later SE parts fitted and some bad mods to the handle bars & forks. Guest pertheswede
Here's my Fizzy(Chopper) which I paid £195.00 for in totally original condition except for the handlebars. 2500 miles from new although it has never been registered or on the road as it was used by a school to teach kids how to ride a bike Go to the newly formed YAMAHA FS1E OWNERS CLUB for information on the SE (Chopper) and all other models of the legendary "Fizzy" Sports Moped http://www.fs1eoc.co.uk
